There are games from that era that I'd really like to see more attention being drawn to. Honestly the RE2make makes me hopeful people will realize that old-ass survival horror was a fun formula.

SH2 is the best game around at making you feel isolated and not ham-fisting the unreliable narrator thing, though to pretend that the game wasn't a janky and at times tedious piece of shit is the rose-colored navel gazing that is dom's OTP. SH2 on its harder difficulty is one of the worst games I have ever played. here you go pal, locked in a room with a mandatory enemy have fun whacking it for five minutes
