In general only as a last resort if someone on here is genuinely dangerous to the welfare of a person of interest or another member or truly destructive to the forum.

I think the most destructive user is @Sailfish, she is willfully making up retarded rules, censoring loyal onion farmers and generally committing acts of cultural genocide on us daily, please ban her.
