Burgers no. Ground beef that you would use for pasta yes.
Why? You can simply pan fry the ground beef, bloat out the oil with paper towel and eat them. That alone will remove much of calories.
When you boil, the fat in the ground beef melts and floats to the surface because oil and fat are lighter than water.
Mr. Englehardt is a very health-conscious individual.
that's not what I asked you. The whole point is that bloating the fat with papertowel should remove substantial amount of fat as it is, boiling will also remove the meat flavor.
